Motorcycle and vehicle enthusiasts hit the roads of Tagum City during the Opening Program of the Moto Show 2012 on October 22, 2012. This year’s theme is “Moto – run for Environment”.
Different groups of riders of motorcycles and scooters joined in the motorcade. The program was held at the Rotary Park, Tagum City and was graced by Councilors Hon. Maria Lina F. Baura, Hon. De Carlo “Oyo” L. Uy, Hon. Nicandro “Nickel” Suaybaguio, and Hon. Tristan Royce Aala, and. Present also to show their support were guests Atty. Reynaldo Salve, Fernand “Macoy” Bordios and Hubert Bryann Uy.
Sponsors of the Moto Show 2012 were the Phoenix Gasoline Station, San Miguel Beer, Super Two T, Gold Fm 98.3, Herbalaya, Kilovolt and Moto Starr (MSS).
Highlights of the 10 – day celebration are the services such as test drives, free tune – up, free labor for change oil, DTI helmet registration and LTO updates. To give entertainment also there are Battle of the Bands, Dance Competition and the Moto Babe Search.
Office of Hon. De Carlo “Oyo” L. Uy also sponsored a “Family Day for Tricycle Drivers” which will provide free message, haircut, manicure and pedicure to the tricycle drivers and their families. This will be on October 30, 9 am onward at the Rotary Park ground.
The sponsors set – up stalls and displayed different motorcycles, apparels and spare parts.
