Prior to the MOA signing, elected officers took their oath of office before Mayor Rellon. The officers are as follows; Hon. Engr. Agripino Coquila – Chairperson; Mr. Randy Superioridad – Vice Chairperson; Mr. Asterio M. Pilongo – Secretary; Ms. Elizabeth L. Buladaco – Treasurer and Mr. Isidro C. Geocallo – Auditor.

Conciliation and Mediation Committee: Atty. Celestial Gonzales – Chairman; Rev. Antonio Alastra, Jr., and Mr. Charlie Torregoza both are Members.
