Call center jobs are no doubt in demand in the Philippines, especially in Davao, where lots of BPO companies have established their offices.
Just recently, Open Access BPO has announced that it will be bringing its services to Davao City, the safest city in the country.
In addition to its call center in Makati, this will be Open Access’s second establishment in the country. It is a testament to the continued Open Access BPO investment growth in the Philippines.
The Davao office will hold about 180 employees who will provide English voice and non-voice customer support to Open Access BPO’s clients.
During the Davao launch scheduled on August 11, interested job applicants are invited to attend the event and submit their applications at 3:00 PM. Vacant positions are focused on English voice and non-voice customer support services, including technical support and customer care.
Established in 2006, California-headquartered Open Access BPO began offering telemarketing services, but has specialized in multilingual customer service.
The new office will be located at G/F Filandia IT Center, Quirino Avenue corner Jacinto Ext. St., 11-B Poblacion District, Davao City. Filandia IT Center is one of the eight IT parks in the city accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority.
