Davao City earned another bragging right to its claim as the Best in Sports bested other 10 groups in the 2018 Davao Regional Athletic Association (DAVRAA) meet last week.
Davao City got 184 golds, 111 silvers and 76 bronzes. Trailing behind was Tagum City, which finished the games with 58 gold, 54 silver and 61 bronze medals. Digos City placed third with 23-37-49 medal tally. Panabo City at no. 4 with 22-50-61, no. 5 Davao del Sur with 15-25-39, no. 6 Davao Occidental with 13-9-20, no. 7 Davao del Norte with 12-18-42, no. 8 Mati City with 9-7-12, ninth Compostella Valley. Davao Oriental (8-14-31) and Island Garden City of Samal (1-3-5) settled 10th and 11th place, respectively.
