Objectives: Davao Eagle Online utilizes social media advertising to promote Davao tourism through an online campaign, and encourage netizens to take part of the project and share the beauty of Davao Region. In this way, the Davao Region Tourism campaign will not just be about the local attractions and tourist spots it has to offer, but also the happy residents that will help in sending the message to the world – “Davao: Life is Here.”
Mission: Encourage photographers to take a photo that would show why everyone loves Davao. This would tell local and international tourists why they should add Davao to their vacation/destination list, and give them ideas of what Davao is.

Criteria:
Public Votes- 70%
Judges- 30%
Judging criteria: originality, artistic composition, technical quality, photographic technique, and whether the photograph showcases the beauty of Davao.
Prizes: Two (2) Winners will get a 1 year free .com.ph, .ph, .net.ph domains worth P1,500.00; a special feature on Davao Eagle website and a chance to work with a team of online writers, social media specialists, young internet marketers, web developers, and idealistic Youth that envisions progress and development in the Davao Region.
Deadline of entries will be on January 31, 2015. Voting period starts from February 1 to 7, 2015. Winners will be announced by February 10, 2015.
Photos must be taken in Davao Region. Online submission of digital photographs via email at admin@davaoeagle.com, the Davao Eagle website or Davao Eagle Online Facebook Page.
Image requirements: JPEG format; 3 mb or larger with high resolution (300 DPI)
